- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Firstly, I am not a complainer. Have been going to this dentist surgery for 4 years and never a problem. I go the hygienist every 3 months, never a problem. I have just had the worst hygienist session of my entire life. The girl was completely incompetent. Water spraying up my nose - all over my face, ( you expect a little water but this was a bath). She kept holding my bottom lip so hard I thought it was going to burst. She kept saying that I was sensitive and therefore was spraying more water, I have never been sensitive and tried to say it was the amount of water that was making me uncomfortable the whole process felt uncoordinated and haphazard and entirely uncomfortable. I have some vanniers in the top of my mouth and she covered them with the heavy cleaning paste after I told her not too as this part of the hygienist routine is too abrasive for vanniers. I had to then brush off myself with a manual toothbrush she had to give me before I could leave. What on Earth is going on.....By mistyone, December 20, 2019
